Our Foresteria is a retreat where creativity never fades, as it is directly managed by the Teatro Povero of Monticchiello. It consists of a self-contained apartment located on the first floor (stairs access only), right in the heart of the medieval village of Monticchiello. It is a tourist rental made available by the Cooperative for short stays or longer periods.

The apartment includes two bedrooms—one double and one single—one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a living area and flat-screen TV, and a large wood-burning fireplace. The style and furnishings are simple and understated, in keeping with the original building. Breakfast service is not included, but upon arrival we will provide everything needed, arranged in advance with our staff. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The house overlooks the main church and the square where the Teatro Povero company performs every summer, from late July to mid-August. You will find yourself in the heart of an intact medieval village, experiencing an atmosphere with an ancient flavour, as if you were a true local resident.
